art + soul, our major 3-part television series for the ABC is completed. The series is directed by Warwick Thornton (SAMSON & DELILAH), and is written and presented by Hetti Perkins, Senior Curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

art + soul will premiere on the ABC on Thursday October 7.
To coincide with the launch of the series, MUP are publishing a substantial book, art + soul, which contains major essays by Hetti Perkins, and is lavishly illustrated.

The Art Gallery of New South Wales is hosting a wonderful weekend of activities and workshops in early October, to launch the series, the book, and the Gallery's own exhibition, art + soul. Further details will be on this website, closer to the event.
